Mwezi uliopita yalifanyika mauaji makubwa Central Bakery, leo bomu tena,” alisema Kassim Mbughuni.
But Mr Trump faces a huge task in trying to get the Republican party behind him, as doubts persist about his substance and style. House Speaker Paul Ryan, the party's highest-ranking elected official, has said he is unable to endorse the New York businessman because he lacks conservative principles. West Virginia results as they come in Nebraska Republican results as they come in Why Bernie Sanders is still running Who will be Trump's running mate? Trump v Republicans - the gulf between Anthony Zurcher, BBC News, Washington With victories in Indiana and now West Virginia, Bernie Sanders has started another winning streak against Hillary Clinton. Like his five-state run in April, however, it will do little to slow her steady march to the Democratic nomination. Exit polls show the West Virginia vote was particularly quirky. Almost 40% of Democratic voters there said they wanted a president less liberal than Barack Obama - and that group favoured avowed socialist Sanders by more than a two-to-one margin. Mr Sanders also overwhelmingly carried the 27% who want a president more liberal than Mr Obama. Such a result makes sense if some of Sanders's support is, in fact, an anyone-but-Clinton vote. At this point the Vermont senator will likely take help wherever he can get it. He should be competitive in the next four contests, but could hit a wall in the June mega-prize, California. Its diverse electorate favours Mrs Clinton, and anything but an unprecedented Sanders win there would seal his fate. Until then, however, Mr Sanders will continue to be a constant and unpleasant reminder to Mrs Clinton that there are Democratic voters still unwilling to fully get on board her campaign.

Ventures Africa has launched its second annual ranking of Africa’s wealthiest people at richlist.ventures-africa.com. The Richest People in Africa list remains the most comprehensive compilation of the continent’s wealthiest individuals.
In 2014, we counted 55 African billionaires with a net worth totalling $161.7 billion, a 12.4 percent rise from $143.8 billion in 2013. This year Africa welcomed five new billionaires, four of whom are Nigerian.
Reclusive industrialist, Cletus Ibeto, leads the newcomers with $3.7 billion in net worth. Oil mogul, Benedict Peters, Tony Elumelu, Chairman of UBA Group and founder of Heirs Holdings, Samih Sawiris of Egyptian multi-business conglomerate, Orascom Group, and Akanimu Udofia complete the list.
Key findings from the research include:
  • The average net worth of the continent’s wealthiest people is $2.9 billion. The median age is 63 years.
  • Mohammed Dewji of Tanzania and Igho Sanomi, a Nigerian oil trader, remain the continent’s youngest billionaires. They are both 39 years old. Moroccan businessman Miloud Chaabi, Kenyan industrialist Manu Chandaria, and Mohammed Al-Fayed, the Egyptian property tycoon, are Africa’s oldest billionaires.
  • Folorunsho Alakija, the richest black woman in the world, is worth $7.3 billion dollars. She is followed by the daughter of Angolan President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos, Isabel dos Santos who is now worth $3.5 billion.
  • The most common industries in which African billionaires have made their money are: construction, financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing and real estate.
  • Aliko Dangote, founder of Africa’s largest industrial conglomerate Dangote Group, remains the continent’s richest man. His net worth has grown to $25.7 billion, a 21% rise from his $20.2 billion valuation in 2013.
  • Nigeria, South Africa and Egypt have the most billionaires. Nigeria leads the pack with 23 while South Africa and Egypt both contribute eight each. In total twelve African countries are represented on the list.
  • Africa’s wealthiest individuals provide jobs for almost half a million people within the continent.
Chi-Chi Okonjo, Founder of Ventures Africa, said: “The Ventures Africa Rich List is the most authoritative accounting of individual African wealth. We have been able to do so because of our on-the-ground experience and detailed knowledge of the local African business landscape.”
The list has been compiled using financial reports, by tracking equity holdings around stock markets and identifying specific shareholding structures in large, privately-held companies. The results have been corroborated with investment bankers, realtors and financial analysts to determine proper valuations.

Uganda Cranes returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Ghana in a 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifier in Kampala on Saturday.

The Cranes had lost their last home game to Togo last month. Defender Savio scored the lone goal in the 10 minute with a well taken header off a corner kick.

The win improved Uganda’s chances of qualifying for the the event after missing out since 1978.

Kabugo who was starting his fifth game for the Cranes in the campaign nodded in a well taken Mike Sserunkuma corner kick. Newly appointed Ugandan Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda graced the game as chief guest.

In the absence of injured skipper Asamoah Gyan, the Black Stars who took part in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil lacked a lead player who could plan for the team. Stand in skipper for the Ghana team Andrew Ayew and Christian Atsu failed to go past the Ugandan defenders and were substituted by coach Maxwell Konadu.

The visitors who lead still lead Group E with eight points tried to fight back in the second half, but the home side stood firm. Uganda now moved to seven points before they travel to face Guinea next week in Casablanca, Morocco.

Cranes coach Militin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic told reporters after the game that he was happy with this win and thanks the fans for the support. He however said they now have to plan for next week’s tricky game against Guinea.

The Cranes who last qualified for Afcon in 1978 had five players booked. Skipper Andrew Mwesigwa, Junior Yunus ssentamu, Brian Majwega, Isaac Isinde and Daniel Sserunkuma were all booked. In their first leg clash in Kumasi, Uganda held Ghana to a 1-1 draw.
Team Line Ups
Uganda: Denis Onyango (GK), Isaac Isinde, Brian Majwega, Andrew Mwesigwa (c), Savio Kabugo, Tonny Mawejje, Mike Sserumaga, Farouk Miya, William Luwagga Kizito, Geoffrey Massa and Yunus Sentamu
Ghana: Razak Braimah, Harrison Afful, Baba Rahman,John Boye, Jonathan Mensah Rabiu Mohammed Christian Atsu,Afriyie Acquah, Majeed Waris Agyemang Badu, Andre Ayew

The man, whose name was given as Ete Samuel, was a resident of 14, Ekpo Abasi Lane in Calabar South, while his sex partner, Miss Peace Idorenyin is a resident of 16, Target Street, close to the Calabar Zoo,

The two chose the cheap “short time spot” located at Atu Street for early evening sex session before the incident happened.

A source who witnessed the incident said he was called at about 5 p.m. by the owner of the short time spot to come and help him as he had a “situation which he alone could not handle. So as a good friend I had to get there fast.

“When I got there, I went into the room and saw a young man on the floor with foam coming out of his mouth and I called the police who came and took the corpse to the mortuary and the lady to Atakpa Police Station”.

“I did not kill him as many men have slept with me and they did not die and this was not the first time Ete Samuel was doing it with me.”

According to her, she could have “escaped but since I know I am not the cause of his death, I had to wear him his trousers before calling people to help me.”

She said she noticed that the man was shaking and she thought the man was about reaching orgasm “but when he did not make any move of coming down from my body after some time I pushed him and saw that he was foaming in his mouth.”

American RnB heartthrob August Alsina and Octopizzo’s song has been unexpectedly leaked giving fans an opportunity to listen to it even before the official release.

Perhaps it would have been Octopizzo’s greatest breakthrough in music industry; I mean collaborating with American award winning singer would not only propel Octopizzo to international music market but also build his music CV.

August Alsina became a household name in music industry when he released his single "I Luv This Shit" featuring Trinidad James which saw him bag two BET awards this year. He has collaborated with other international music heavyweights and his latest collabo with Kenyan Octopizzo was highly expected to be another big hit.

As much as it may be bad news to the two musicians, it is good news for fans as they get the opportunity to listen to the song and determine whether the official release would be worth waiting for. Down is the leaked version:

It’s no secret that Facebook use your personal data for their own use and sometimes for something you may not like. And of late Facebook’s public image has deteriorated from those that created the epic trend of social media to the villains that take your personal data and use it for their own gain.

Recently it came to light that in 2012 Facebook carried out a research where they were literally altering users’ emotions by showing them negative stories on their time lines to see if this would affect their posts. This triggered uproar but the slick Facebook avoided any serious repercussions saying the terms of service agreement allows them to carry out such a research.

But they cannot get away with everything they do because now 25,000 Facebook users have come together to launch a class action suit against the social media giant.

Facebook user, Max Schrems, who started the suit alleges that Facebook had been violating users' privacy and as a result started a campaign to get support for the law suit but did not expect to get as much support as he did.

"We hoped for broad support, but the number ... has exceeded my most optimistic expectations," said Austrian law student Schrems, who launched his class action only last Thursday. He’s now been forced to close the list of plaintiffs because of the huge number.

Schrems is claiming damages of 500 euros ($667) per user for alleged data violations by Facebook, including by aiding the U.S. National Security Agency in running its PRISM program, which mined the personal data of users of Facebook and other web services.

It is now that many Facebook users are not happy with the service and their blurred lines when it comes to privacy. Recently Britain's data watchdog has begun investigating the legality of a Facebook experiment on unwitting users in 2012.
